Designed as part of a collaborative product development project, this concept explored a more sustainable approach to breastmilk storage by eliminating plastic contact with milk while maintaining compatibility with existing pumping systems. The project required balancing functional requirements, material considerations, user experience, and manufacturability within real client-driven constraints.
My contributions focused on concept development, form exploration, functional refinement, and CAD development. Working from early ideation through detailed modeling in Fusion 360, I helped translate evolving client feedback into manufacturable design directions, including development of a universal pump fitting system and refined storage/container interaction concepts.
Material decisions prioritized sustainability, reusability, and food-safe considerations while reducing reliance on conventional disposable plastic storage solutions.
